Drop a PDF here and this tool reads any outline it already has into an editable list; each row is a bookmark with a title, the page it jumps to, and an indent control that nests it under the bookmark above. Add rows, rename them, change pages, push them deeper with the indent buttons, then save a new PDF whose sidebar shows your outline as a proper, expandable tree.

Everything runs locally with pdf-lib, so your PDF is never uploaded to a server — safe for confidential documents, and it works offline. Only the outline is rewritten; your pages, their text and images are copied through untouched. Each bookmark jumps to the top of its page (a Fit destination), saving replaces any outline already in the file, and saving with every title left blank removes the outline entirely.
