Attach any file inside a PDF
Drop in a PDF, add one or more files of any type — a CSV of the raw numbers behind a report, source images, a text note, a spreadsheet, even another PDF — and download a single PDF that carries them all inside it. The files are stored as standard PDF embedded-file attachments, the same feature that appears in the Attachments (or paperclip) panel of Adobe Acrobat, Preview and most desktop readers, where anyone can open or save them. Your original pages are left exactly as they were; only the hidden attachment table is added, and the bytes of each file are preserved verbatim so they extract back identical to the source.
Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded
Everything happens locally with the pdf-lib library, so both the PDF and the files you attach never leave your device — safe for contracts, invoices and confidential source data. Note that embedded attachments are a desktop-PDF feature: many mobile and in-browser PDF viewers do not surface them, so share the file with people who open it in a full reader. This tool adds attachments; it does not open or extract attachments that are already inside a PDF.

What kinds of files can I attach?
Any file, of any type — CSV, TXT, JSON, images, Office documents, ZIP archives, even another PDF. The bytes are embedded exactly as they are, so whatever you attach comes back out identical.
Where do the attachments show up?
In the Attachments panel of a full PDF reader — for example the paperclip icon in Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the Attachments view in Preview on macOS. From there each file can be opened or saved. Many lightweight mobile and browser viewers do not display attachments, so use a desktop reader.
Is my PDF or my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Both the PDF and the files you attach are processed entirely in your browser with pdf-lib. Nothing is sent to a server, so it is safe for confidential documents and it works offline.
